We have something similar in the UK - I&#039;m not sure if it started in England or Scotland, but it&#039;s a publication called the Big Issue.

Sometimes though when some of them are doing the traditional way of selling papers you know standing on a street corner or whereever shouting out &#039;BIG ISSUE! BIG ISSUE!&#039; it sounds like they are sneezing real loud...! :)</description>
